I think the only way to Chang things now is to go two up top which means Zaza and fletcher dovetailing, which fletcher looked great at in the Astra second leg
There's little he can do about personnel in defence unless we chuck Oxford in (though he may work at right back) and I think a better way to help the team out would be to stop playing one person up front when the only striker we have who is remotely competent in that role is injured

Keep Collins away still, Nordveit didn't convince at right back, stick Byram back in.
On another note, what Bilic did for us last Season made us all proud to be west ham fans again! Bad patch yes but i'd stick with him through thick and thin.
